To The Core leadership and governance development programme

To The Core programme gives participants the opportunity to learn more about governance in our co-operatives, as well as develop skills needed to operate at board level.

The programme runs for three days and is held in Christchurch during June each year.

Scholarship opportunities that support our people and communities

The Co-operative Governance Scholarship of up to $5,000 each, provide the opportunity for Silver Fern Farms Co-operative shareholders to gain the skills and knowledge to contribute as governors of the co-operative agribusinesses.
